My Council Services – Now on Apple TV

MCS is an online web portal and mobile IT platform designed for councils and local governments to provide a way to their citizens to report incidents. My Council Services has developed custom Mobile apps and online portal for various councils over years to meet their different requirements. My Council Services works for the councils to deliver the best citizen experience. We have extended the facility of reporting any incident for the citizens and taken it to the next level with My Council Services being available on Apple TVOS. It has clean and user-friendly interface that gives numerous options to the person to raise his service request. For example, Mr. Mark, a citizen, is an avid user of Apple TV, can download the MyCouncilServices app on his device and raise his request switching his other programs in seconds.

On starting the MyCouncilServices, the user can access various options on his screen. As seen above, the “Report it” menu shows up the categories under which a citizen can register his service request. Each available choice carries a small description for a clear idea. The user can scroll down and make an appropriate selection. For example, Mr. Mark spots an abandoned vehicle outside his home, he quickly opens the MCS on his Apple TV and selects the “Abandoned Vehicle” category!

MCS_Details

All the relevant questions are pre-populated as per the selected option to capture every aspect related to the incident or request. The user can fill in the details as per his knowledge with ease. The priority of the request can be set as per the need of attention and hence the action can be lined up by the council. Here, like Mr. Mark can fill out all the details he observed and the same will be sent to his council.

MCS_Address_Location

The user can use his default address if the request is in his surrounding area or enter it dynamically and the exact location will be traced using location co-ordinates and entered data. Like, Mr. Mark can use his default address as he finds the abandoned vehicle outside his home itself.

And that’s how Mr. Mark submits a service request in minutes that too without any disturbance in his routine! Easy and sounds good, Right?
